SEKISUI FOAM mainly focuses on polyolefin foam as its core material, and is manufactured using closed-cell and electron beam cross-linking technologies. Representative product series include:

The Softlon series: This includes Softlon 3000, 4000 FR, S 4000, and F series, etc. These foams have smooth exteriors, consistent thickness and density, and possess excellent fire resistance properties.
The Softlon PlaySafe series: This material is specifically designed for playground flooring, featuring a built-in film that can effectively resist cracking caused by repeated impacts.
Environmental characteristics: Its foam products generally do not contain heavy metals, plasticizers (plasticizers), PVC, and CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons), and comply with environmental protection requirements such as the EU RoHS directive.
Other applications: In addition to basic foams, it also involves high-density polyolefin foam tape substrates, fiber-reinforced resin foam molding technology, and buffer composite materials for electronic components, etc.

SERIES	Features	Applications
S Series	Balanced basic performance, offering standard-grade cross-linked polyethylene (PE) foam with high basic performance.	Suitable for various general applications, such as basic buffering, insulation and interior decoration materials.
NF Series	It has excellent heat resistance and molding properties, and performs stably in high-temperature environments.	Suitable for components used in high-temperature environments, as well as scenarios requiring deep thermoforming processing.
FR-ND Series	It has outstanding flame-retardant properties and complies with various international safety standards such as UL and FMVSS.	For industries with strict fire prevention requirements, such as rail transportation, aviation, automotive interiors and construction
IF Series	Improved foaming properties and rigidity (hardness), with a more compact structure.	Mainly used as the base material for various industrial tapes and medical tapes (Tape bases).
SP Series	Using polypropylene (PP) resin, it has higher heat resistance and rigidity compared to ordinary PE foam.	Automotive component materials are capable of withstanding high temperatures during the forming process and are suitable for deep drawing processing.
