The core advantage of SLIMFLEX FOAM lies in its unique fine and uniform micro-porous structure (semi-continuous pores), which gives it extremely low compressive permanent deformation, high sealing performance, excellent energy absorption capacity, and high dimensional stability.

     1. Core Product Series

SLIMFLEX offers a wide range of products to meet the demanding requirements of various industries, mainly divided into four series:Standard Series
It provides a variety of hardness and density ranges and is the most widely used

• LE/MS Series: Extremely soft material, low stress, often used for precision components such as toner seals in copiers/printers (Toner seals).
• L Series: Relatively soft material, widely used in various buffers and packaging materials.
• H Series: Hard material, high physical strength, mainly used for sealing materials and shock-absorbing materials.
• HH Series: Ultra-hard material, often used for anti-slip foot pads in audio equipment, home appliances, and office equipment (with excellent grip).
• LO/FR Low Out-gassing/Flame Retardant Series: Designed for safety and environmental protection, it has low out-gassing (Low out-gassing) and flame retardant properties (in compliance with UL94 HBF and other standards). Representative models such as ML-32 not only have flame retardant properties but also offer black and white options, suitable for electronic devices with strict environmental requirements.
• PET Support PET Film Support Series:Using PET film integrated molding technology, the foam maintains a very thin thickness while having rigidity and can also have flame retardant properties, facilitating automated processing.
• Special Surface Surface Treatment Series:While maintaining the basic performance of SLIMFLEX, special surface treatment is used to give the material high friction (anti-slip) or high sliding properties, often used in anti-slip pads for car dashboards, instrument panel pads, etc.
  2. Core Technical Advantages
• Fine and Uniform Air Holes: Compared to other foaming materials, the air holes are finer and more uniform, providing excellent rebound and fatigue resistance.
• Extremely Low Compression Permanent
• Deformation: After long-term compression, it can still maintain its original thickness and sealing performance.
• No Pollution (No Migration): It does not cause chemical migration or corrosion to other materials (such as plastics, metals) in contact.
• Extremely High Thickness Precision: It provides an extremely wide thickness range from 0.15mm to 15.0mm, with extremely strict tolerance control (the thinness tolerance can reach ±0.05mm).

• Consumer Electronics and IT: Waterproof and dust-proof sealing for mobile phones, PCs, home appliances, etc., cushioning and shock absorption, and toner seals.
• Automotive Industry: Engine peripheral sealing, dashboard/center console anti-slip and shock absorption, lamp sealing, etc.
• Civil Engineering and Construction: Sealing of concrete component joints, building exterior wall panel sealing, waterproofing of bathroom equipment (such as the WA-H-20 model with water expansion resistance).
• Sports and Footwear: Inner lining of sports shoes, impact absorption pads for sports equipment (replacing traditional EVA and rubber).
